Volunteer Ushers

Symphony Hall is always looking for enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals to become Volunteer Ushers. Our ushers provide invaluable services by assisting guests to their seats, answering questions, and most importantly, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Volunteer Usher, you will have an opportunity to meet many new people as well as see performances.

*Physical requirements: All ushers must be able to stand for a minimum of one hour, walk up a flight of stairs and read small print on tickets/phones. However we will do our best to accommodate those with limitations. We want our space to be fun and safe for all.
