ADA / Accessibility
Symphony Hall is committed to accommodating all guests. Examples of accommodations include accessible seating, listening devices, and service animals.
Accessible Seating
Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased from the Symphony Hall Box Office or on Ticketmaster.com. Subject to availability at the time of purchase, Symphony Hall will make this seating available to patrons with disabilities and up to one (1) of their companions.
If you have purchased, or otherwise acquired, a ticket to non-accessible seating, and you require accessible seating, Symphony Hall will attempt to accommodate you and your companions if accessible seating comparable to what you purchased remains available. If such seating is not available, you and your companions will be offered available accessible seating in a non-comparable location. We advise that all accessible seating requests be made in advance. Exchanges of non-accessible seating for tickets in accessible seating are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

ADA Entrance & Elevator
Please enter through the door marked accessible on E. Columbus Avenue. The elevator is also located at this entrance. The elevator accesses the main theater level (Orchestra seats) and the second level (Mahogany Room, Grand Teir and Loge Seats) The elevator does not go to our third floor (Balcony Seats). The elevator will accomidate almost all wheel chairs, scooter and walkers. The elevator door size is 32 inch wide. The inside of the elevator is 41 inch x 60 inch.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available to patrons upon request. Please see a staff memeber at Symphony Hall, they will be able to get you a device. An ID must be left and will be returned when you return the Listiening Device.
Restrooms
Symphony Hall offers accessible restrooms to our guests with disabilities located downstairs by the accessible entrance. These restrooms are accessible by our elevator.
Service Animals
Symphony Hall welcomes ADA patrons who need the assistance of a service animal. Symphony Hall staff may inquire whether the dog is a service animal. All other animals are prohibited. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at Symphony Hall.
Parking
Symphony Hall does not have on site parking. The closes parking garage is the 91 South Garage directly across the street. Guest can be dropped of at the accessible enterance and wait inside for compainon to park the car and return.
